Vester L. Clifton, age 92, of Edwardsville, IL, died August 16, 2002, at Sunbridge of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Clifton was retired from Anheuser-Busch Brewery in St. Louis. He is survived by 3 grandchildren and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
