Shirley A. Nettleton

Shirley A. Nettleton, age 88, of Edwardsville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Manor Court of Maryville in Maryville, IL.  Shirley was born on March 30, 1936, the daughter of the late Melvin and Ima Jean (Heinz) Luzader in Pana, IL.  Shirley married Quincy A. Nettleton on September 12, 1954, in Mt. Carmel, IL.  Quincy preceded Shirley in death on September 12, 2014. Shirley is survived by a daughter, Debra Brenamen (Timothy), Monroe, MI; and three brothers, Donald Luzader (Barbara), of Sun City West, AZ, Kenneth Luzader (Linda), of Evansville, IN, and Steven Luzader, of Evansville, IN.  Shirley focused on being a homemaker and mother, while assisting with bookkeeping for Nettleton Tax and Accounting Service.  In her free time Shirley enjoyed counted cross stitch and flower arranging.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Edwardsville.  A private family service was held on Tuesday, August 13, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home with Rev. John Shank presiding. Interment is at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon, IL.
