Ronald Rankin

Ronald L. Rankin, age 69, of Glen Carbon, IL, died November 16, 2002, at his home in Glen Carbon, IL. Visitation was from 4 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, November 19th, at the funeral home. Funeral services at 8;00 PM on Tuesday at November 19th, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Intement in Cooperstown, Pa. Mr. Rankin owned and operated Blue Raven Corporation in Glen Carbon, IL. for the past 15 years. Before he worked for Standard-LaFarge in Granite City, IL. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Maryville, IL. Survivors include his wife Julia C. (Rosenberger) Rankin. Two sons: John H. (Wife Holly) Rankin and Leonard Malichi Rankin. Two daughters: Pamela D. (Husbnad Seth) Renken and Jill M. (Husband Mark) Vallow. Six Grandhildren: Richard & Steven Renken, Adam & Elle Vallow, and Seth & Merie Rankin. One grandson Joshua Renken preceded him in death. Memorials maybe directed to his family which will be used to help his extended family in Zambia, Africa.
