Richard L. "Chad" Chadwick, age 76, of Edwardsville, IL, died December 4, 2002, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Funeral services at on , at in . in . Mr. Chadwick was a retired automobile executive with Chrysler Corporation in Fenton, MO. He is survived by his wife, Eldora (Meininger) Chadwick; 3 sons: Richard, Norm, and Mark Chadwick; 2 daughters: Bea Trujillo and Nancy French; a sister, Phyllis Cooper; and 13 grandchildren.
