Nelson Pyle Obituary

Nelson L. Pyle, age 87, of Edwardsville, IL, died January 31, 2002, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 5, 2002, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mr. Pyle was retired from Shell Oil Refinery in Wood River. He was a member of Edwardsville Masonic Lodge 99 and First Assembly of God Church in Wood River. He is survived by 2 sons: Robert L. and Nelson D. Pyle; 3 daughters: Sue Hudzietz, Nancy A. Weidner, and Betty Lou Richards; 22 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice (Deaton) Pyle.
