Minnie Lee Ellis, age 82, of Edwardsville, IL, died May 11, 2002, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, May 18, 2002, at Church of God In Christ Congregational in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband, Walter Ellis and 6 children: Charles "Chip Ellis, Minnie Lindsey, Lucille Bargiel, Margaret Lee Glasper, Dorothy Ellis Williams, and Carrie Ann Ellis. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and a nephew. She was preceded in death by 3 sons: Sylvester, Walter and Michael Ellis. She was a member of Church of God In Christ Congrgational in Edwardsville.
