Marcella E. Schauerte, age 97, of Edwardsville, IL, died June 15, 2002, at her residence in Edwardsville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Thursday, June 19, 2002, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Glen Carbon, IL. Burial was at Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mrs. Schauerte is survived by a daughter, Connie Moore; a son, Don Schauerte; 5 grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Schauerte; 1 brother, 1 sister, 2 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Memorials may be given to masses or Unity Hospice.
