Linda Malench

Linda L. Malench, age 65, of Edwardsville, IL, died July 27, 2002,at Christian Hospital NE in St. Louis, MO. Private Funeral services were held Monday, July 29th, at Pletcher Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Born in Manchester, Tn., Linda Malench, nee Sandlin worked as a registerd nurse at Children's Hospital in Washington, DC and Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis before raising her children. She was a member at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville. She is surivived by her husband Dr. Robert L. Malench. One son James (Tonya) Malench of Columbus, Oh. Three daughters: Elizabeth (Ned) Shine of Kansas City, Mo., Roberta (Paul) Broojkshire of St. Peters, Mo., and Stephanie Malench of St. Louis, Mo. Two grandchildren Alex Brookshire and Elijah Malench. Two sisters: Hazel Davis of Abilene, Tx. and Sadie Frappier of Marinette, Wi.Memorials to Ed/Glen Food Pantry.
