Kenneth Cook

Kenneth B. Cook, age 73, of Wood River, Il. formerly Edwardsville, died at 1:04 pm Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at Alton Memorial Hospital. He worked as an engineer for the Illinois Terminal Railroad for many years before his retirement. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Kenneth is survived by his wife Shirley (Besaw) Cook. Four sons: Kenneth M. (Margo) Cook of Edwardsville, Terry L. (Kathy) Cook of Glen Carbon, Randy D. (Connie) Cook of Granite City, and Kevin B. Cook of Granite City, IL. Eighteen Grandchildren. Two sisters: Doris Watson and Bonnie Sue Statts both of Columbia, Mo. He was preceded in death by 1 daugher Kelly Ann Cook and one sister Nadine Cook. Visitation will be held from 9am until 12 noon at Weber Funeral Home where services will be held at noon. According to the wishes of the deceased his body was cremated. Memorials are suggested to the family.
