Karl A. Hesterberg, age 80, of Edwardsville, IL, died February 3, 2004, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, February 7, 2004, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Edwardsville, IL. Interment at Forever Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mr. Hesterberg retired as District Manager for Scotch Wash Coin Operated Laundries. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Edwardsville. He is survived by his wife, Pauline E. (Nelson); 2 sons: Lyndal (Sarah) Hesterberg and Bruce (Patricia) Hesterberg; 6 grandchildren: Kirstin, Lisa, and Erika Hesterberg; Joshua, Jacob, and Jordan Hesterberg; and 1 sister, Paula Bauer. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Elmer Reinhold, Wilfred and Hesterberg; and a sister, Verna.
