Irwin "Wally" Davis, age 85, of Edwardsville, IL, died December 2, 2002, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon, Illinois. Funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, December 7, 2002, at First Presbyterian Church in Edwardsville, IL. in . Mr. Davis was a retired mechanical engineer who worked for Dow Chemical and Consolidated Aluminum Corp. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Edwardsville. He is survived by his wife, Helen J. (Farmer) Davis; 3 daughters: Katherine Dickmann, Dede Nelson, and Susan Davis; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Hankins.
