Helen M. Lavelle, age 88, of Edwardsville, IL, died January 17, 2002, Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville. Funeral services at 10 A.M. on Monday, January 21, 2002, at Pletcher Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at San Lorenzo Cemetery in St. Augustine, Fl. Mrs. Lavelle was a retired occupational therapist. She spent most of her life in Chicago, Il. She is survived by 1 daughter: Ellen Lavelle of Edwardsville, Il. Two grandchildren and 1 sister.
