Harold Kribs

Harold J. Kribs, age 85, of Edwardsville, IL, died October 15, 2003, St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton, IL. Funeral services at 10 AM on Saturday, October 18, 2003, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Glen Carbon, IL. Mr. Kribs was an Officer of Alton Finance where he was the Manager and and Corporate Officer for over 45 years. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville and the Edwardsville Knights of Columbus, 3rd and 4th degrees. He was the organist and choir director at St. Boniface for over 40 years. He also served in the US Army during WW II. He is survived by his wife, Jean (Glenn); 2 sons: Stephen (Donna) Kribs, and Tom (Karen) Kribs; 2 daughters: Kay (Richard) Schneider and Susan (Mike) Lochman; a sister, Sue (Cliff) Dain; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy (Stephens) and a sister, Ann Bennette.
