Fleming Bradshaw Jr.

Fleming Bradshaw, Jr. age 86, of Edwardsville, IL, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, in Edwardsville. Fleming was born April 11, 1939, in Edwardsville, IL., the son of the late Fleming & Thelma (Williams) Bradshaw. He was preceded by his wife of 59 years, Lorene (Goree) Bradshaw. whom he married on April 15, 1961, in Alton, Illinois. Fleming is also survived by one son, Mark Bradshaw of Edwardsville; three daughters, Sheila Gilchrese & husband Ronald, of Alton, IL, Laura Hardimon of Beloit, WI, Elaina Bradshaw, of Edwardsville; numerous grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a sister, Naomi D. Bradshaw, of Alton, IL.  Besides his parents and wife, Fleming was preceded in death a son, Christopher Bradshaw; and by six siblings. He was a longtime member of the Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Church in Edwardsville. He was also a member of the Alton Mason’s Lodge.  Fleming worked for over forty years at Olin Industries.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home in Edwardsville from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the donor's choice.
