Elizabeth Knox

Elizabeth A. Knox, age 82, of Edwardsville, IL, died July 8, 2003, Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, IL. According to her wishes her body was cremated. A memorial service will be held in Edwardsville and Oregon, Il. at a later date. Interment Riverview Cemetery in Oregon, IL. Elizabeth A. "Tommie" Knox retired from the Illinois Dept. of Public Aid as a supervisor. Prior to her employment with teh Il. Dept of Public Aid she was a nurse. She was an avid golfer. She is survived by three sons; Peter (Cynthia0 Bradbury of Sycamore, Il., Thomas Knox of Mt. Dora, Fl., and Richard (Jean) Knox of Boston, Ma. Two daughters; Jean (Fred) Wopat of Edwardsville, IL. and Sarah Bradbury of Alton, IL. Eight grandchildren and one great grand. She was preceded by 2 brothers and 1 sister.
