Edna Koch

Edna R. Koch, age 82, of Edwardsville, IL, died February 14, 2003,at Eden Village Care Center in Edwardsville, IL. Visitation was from 4 PM to 8 PM on Monday, February 17th, at the funeral home. Funeral services at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 18th, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mrs. Koch attended school at Oak Grove in Ft. Russell Twp., IL. She worked with her husband John in the Bowling business at Montclair Bowl & Cottonbowl in Edwardville and Airport Bowl in St. Louis. She also worked at Edwardsville Senior High School Cafeteria and was a self employed maid for 12 years. Edna was Past President of the VFW Post 1299 Auxiliary and was a life member of the Edwardsville Moose Lodge #1561. She was confirmed at St. John's United Church of Christ in Wood River and was a member of Eden United Church of Chirst. Survivors include her husband John and a sister Helen (Husband Don) Ott. She was preceded in death by her daughter Ruth Mary Koch.
