Edna Fruit Obituary

Edna L. Fruit, age 89, of Edwardsville, IL, died August 6, 2002, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon, IL. Funeral services at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 10, 2002, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Forever Valley View in Edwardsville, IL. Mrs. Fruit was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist in Edwardsville. She was married to Vincent Anson. After his death, she married Maurice "Jug" Fruit. He also preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Judith Leshner; a son, V. Paul Anson; a step-son, Bill Fruit; a step-daughter, Carolyn Neptune; 4 grandchildren; 7 nephews and 1 niece.
