Dorothy Ashauer

Dorothy R. Ashauer, age 84, of Carpenter, IL, died August 11, 2002, at Maryville Manor in Maryville, IL. Funeral services at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2002, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Carpenter, IL. Mrs. Ashauer was a past member of the Seniorr Citizens in Hamel, Staunton, and Livingston, and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Edwardsville. She worked in the cafeteria of Staunton Community Hospital. She is survived by 2 daughters: Judy Woodward and Mary Bagaglio; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Edith Bohnenstiehl. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin Ashauer.
