Cochran Merle, age 83, of Edwardsville, IL, died April 15, 2003, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Visitation was from 4 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, April 20th, at Pletcher Funeral Home. Funeral services at 10 AM on Monday, April 21, 2003, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mrs. Cochran is survived by her husband Bert Cochran of Edwardsville. Four sons: Richard (Barbara) Cochran- Evanston, IL., David (Jody) Cochran - Norco, CA., Kenneth Cochran - Costa Mesa, Ca., and Paul (Sally) Cochran - Laguna Niguel, Ca. One daughter: Kathryn Cochran of Edwardsville, Ten grandchildren and a sister June Cochran - Edwardsville, Il. Memorials may be directed to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church or Edwardsville Public Library.
