Charles I. Starnes, age 76, of Edwardsville, IL, died November 25, 2002, St. Elziabeth's Hospital in Belleville, IL. Visitation was from 4 PM to 8 PM on Friday, November 29th, at the Weber Funeral home. Funeral services at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 30th, at the Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at St. James Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Mr. Starnes owned and operated C.I. Starnes Products in Edwardville, IL. for over 40 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Edwardville. Survivors include his wife Harriet L. (Smith) Starnes. One son Charles Kevin (Wife Pam) Starnes. Two daughers: Bonnie (Husband Bob) McClellan and Nancy Starnes. Six grandchildren: Bobby (Wife Cathy) McClellan, Beth (Husband Rodney) Hellinger, Keith & Joshua Brown, Hannah & Mariah Starnes. Three Great Grandchildren: Chloe & Riley Hellinger and Willie Finazzo. One Great Grandchild Willie Finazzo. Two brothers; Delmar & Roy Starnes. Two sisters: Bethhy Haberer & Judy Fitzgerald.
