Charles K. Simmons, Jr., age 42, of Worden, IL, died August 7, 2003, from an auto/train accident in Worden, IL. Visitation 4 PM to 8 PM on Friday, August 8th, at the funeral home. Funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, August 9, 2003, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Following Cremation interment will be at St. Paul Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Charles was a self employed landscaper. He is survived by his father and step-mother Charles Kenneth Simmons, Sr. his wife Donna of Keysport, Il. Two daughters: Deborah Coultas-Simmons and Nicole Coultas-Simmons both of Edwardsville. One brother Andy (wife Missy) Simmons of Glen Carbon, IL. Two sisters: Becky Simmons of Alhambra, Il. and Barb (Husband Steve) Blackmon of New Douglas, IL. A step-sister Jacki Hartzel of Keysport, Il., a step-brother Tom Hartzel of Bethalto, and a special friend Betty Clark of Worden, Il.He was preceded in death by his mother Judith (Albl) Simmons.
