Beulah Jarrell

Beulah May Jarrell, age 85, of Glen Carbon, IL, formerly of San Antonio, TX, died August 2, 2003, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon. There will be no services. According to her wishes, her remains were cremated. Interment of her ashes will be in Red Cloud, NE. Mrs. Jarrell retired in 1978 after 25 years of teaching English. She was of the Presbyterian faith and was a past member of the Daughters of the American Republic. She is survived by 3 sons: Charles (Cyndi) Jarrell, Neil (Leslie Goddard) Jarrell, and J. Calvin (Ginny) Jarrell; a daughter, Carolee (Tom) Crause; 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; and a brother, Norman (Mary) Peirce. She was preceded by 3 brothers: Russell, Marvin, and Lowell Peirce; and 2 sisters: Carol Florance and Bonnie McCallum.
