Bernice E. Warren, age 78, of Edwardsville, IL, died September 28, 2003, at her home in Edwardsville, IL. Visitation 4 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, October 2nd, at Weber Funeral Home. Funeral services at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 3, 2003, at Eden United Church of Christ in Edwardsville, IL. Interment Forever Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL. Bernice was a member of Eden United Church of Christ. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed needle work. She was preceded in death her husband Norman R. Warren,a daughter Nancy Johnson, and a brother Wilbur C. Bangert. Survivors include two sons: John R. (Mary) Warren of Carpenter, Il. and Marti J. (Su) Warren of Tampa, Fl. Four daughters: Cynthia (Jose) Martinez of St. Louis, Mo., Gail (David) Sido of Hershey, Pa., Beverly (Donald) Holtmann of Glen Carbon, Il., and Anna (Mark) Thompson of Edwardsville, Il. Twenty two grandchildren. Sixteen great grandchildren. A sister Gertrude Pfeiffer of Edwardsville, IL. Family requests memorials to BJC Hospice or Eden Foundation of Ministry.
