Alvin King Obituary

Alvin C. King, age 76, of Edwardsville, IL, died February 15, 2002, Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, Il. Funeral services at 11 AM on Monday, February 18th, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. Burial was at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon, IL. Mr. King retired from Granite City Steel as an engineer. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was a veteran of US Navy in WWII. He is surived by his wife Verna (Schneider) King. Three sons: Paul A., Joel P., and David C. King. One daughter: Christine Giattina. Nine Grandchildren. One Sister: Melba Daum.
