Alice Soukup

Alice G. Soukup, age 85, of Edwardsville, IL, Formerly Lombard, died February 11, 2003, Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, IL. Visitation was from 10 am until 11 am Tuesday, Feb 18th, at the funeral home. Funeral services at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 11th, at Pletcher Funeral Home in Edwardsville, IL. According to her wishes,her remains were cremated. Alice was a member of the Russian Orthodox Church. After her husband's retirement, she moved to Wisconsin for 9 years, then to Sarasota, Fl. for 22 years. After her husband died she moved to Edwardsville. She was also a member of T.O.P.S. Survivors include one Son Daryl (Frances) Soukup and a daughter Elsie (Chuck) Wood. Seven grandchildren and six great grand. One brother George Gutnik and two sisters: Lyda Wilson and Viola Lipovitch.Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
