Kent "Doc" Dolenc

May 13, 1961 - February 12, 2022

Kent "Doc" Dolenc, 60 of Springfield, formerly of Edwardsville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, as the result of an auto accident. He was born May 13, 1961, in Jacksonville, IL; the son of Patricia (Hockenberry) Allen & husband Kenny & the late Anton Dolenc. Kent is survived by his wife Terry (Chandler) Dolenc whom he married on July 3, 1993; one son, Samuel Terry Dolenc; daughter, Bailey Elizabeth (Adam) Westrich; sister, Annette (Lenny) Coleman; brother, Doug (Mindy) Dolenc; & several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Derek Dolenc. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2pm till 8pm, Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022, at Edgewood Golf Course in Auburn.
